Refunds are at our discretion only. Please contact us to discuss a product or service you are not happy with and we will strive to help as much as we can.

When a refund is agreed at our discretion it is done so immediately and will reach you within 7 working days.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Fitter Food Limited.

Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Sale items

Sale items can’t be refunded.
